Moving a Race
If a race was accidentally created in the wrong series, or if you need to reorganise your racing programme, you can move a race to a different series.
How to Move a Race
- Go to the race detail page
- Use the Move Race action
- Select the destination series
- Confirm the move
What Gets Moved
When you move a race: - All entries and their details are preserved - Recorded timings (start times, finish times, lap times) are kept - Circumstances are maintained - The race slug may change if it conflicts with an existing race in the destination series
Important Notes
- The race is removed from the original series' standings and added to the new series' standings
- If the two series have different scoring configurations, the race results will be recalculated using the destination series' rules
- Make sure the destination series has compatible start lines and divisions
