Membership Requests

When someone registers for Sailboat Racing and requests to join your organisation, you'll see a notification badge on the Accounts menu item in the sidebar.

Reviewing Requests

  1. Go to Accounts in the sidebar
  2. Click the Membership Requests tab (the badge shows the number of pending requests)
  3. For each request, you'll see:
  4. The person's name and email
  5. Their username

Approving a Request

  1. Select a role for the person: Organisation Admin or Race Officer
  2. Click Approve

The person will immediately gain access to your organisation's admin panel with the selected role.

Rejecting a Request

Click Reject to decline the membership request. The person will not be added to your organisation.
