Organisation Settings
Organisation admins can update their club's details at any time from the admin panel.
Editing Organisation Details
Navigate to your organisation's settings page to update the following:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The display name of your club |
| Slug | The URL-friendly identifier (changing this changes your public URL) |
| Description | A short description shown on your public club page |
| Address | Your club's physical address |
| Website | Link to your club's main website |
| Location | Latitude and longitude - places your club on the public map |
| RYA Club ID | Your RYA affiliation number (relevant for PY Online integration) |
Cover Image
You can upload a cover image that appears on your public club page. This should be a photo that represents your club - the clubhouse, sailing area, or racing fleet.
To upload or change the image: 1. Go to your organisation settings 2. Click the cover image upload area 3. Select an image file 4. Save your changes
Organisation Type
The organisation type (Club, Class Association, or Sailing Association) is set during creation. Contact a system administrator if this needs to be changed.
