Creating an Account

To use Sailboat Racing's admin features, you need to create an account. There are two ways to get started:

Self-Registration with a New Organisation

If your club isn't on Sailboat Racing yet, you can register and create your organisation at the same time.

  1. Go to the Sailboat Racing admin login page
  2. Click Register
  3. Fill in your details:
  4. Name - your full name
  5. Email - used for login and notifications
  6. Username - your unique identifier
  7. Password - choose a strong password
  8. Enter your organisation details (name, type, etc.)
  9. Submit the registration form
  10. Check your email for a confirmation code and enter it to verify your account

Your organisation will be pending activation by a Sailboat Racing system administrator. You'll be notified once it's approved.

Self-Registration to Join an Existing Organisation

If your club already uses Sailboat Racing:

  1. Go to the Sailboat Racing admin login page
  2. Click Register
  3. Fill in your personal details (name, email, username, password)
  4. Search for and select your organisation
  5. Submit the registration form
  6. Confirm your email address

Your membership request will be reviewed by an organisation administrator. See Membership Requests for what happens next.

Email Confirmation

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with a verification code. Enter this code when prompted. If you didn't receive the email, you can request it to be resent from the login page.
