Submitting to RYA PY Online

Instead of downloading an XML file and uploading it manually, you can submit your PY return directly to the RYA from within Sailboat Racing.

How to Submit

  1. Go to PY Return in the sidebar
  2. Select the year
  3. Find the series you want to submit
  4. Click Submit to RYA PY Online
  5. Confirm the submission
  6. You'll receive a confirmation notification once the submission is complete

Prerequisites

  • Your organisation must have an RYA Club ID set in Organisation Settings
  • The series must be eligible (PY handicap + corrected time scoring)
  • The series should ideally be in Finalised status, though this is not strictly required
